Edited by EMC Education Services, the book covers the breadth of activities and methods and tools that Data Scientists use in detail along with case study and appealing visuals to demonstrate the practical working of the entire system. The book includes clustering, regression, association rules and much more along with simple, everyday examples that one can relate to. This is especially helpful for me since the book prepared me with a way to deploy a structured lifecycle approach to data analytics problems and how to apply appropriate analytic techniques and tools to analyzing big data. Furthermore, it is also explained with examples that I can replicate using an open-source software.
